For the annual Professional Golfers' Association fantasy game, I handle lead project management duties. Every week, I collaborate with the client on standup meetings regarding the most recent PGA Tour events and the current state of the fantasy product. I am the point of contact on our weekly standup calls, where it's my responsibility to ensure my client's feedback meets the goals outlined by the necessary stakeholders.
For this particular site, our team at Sports Technologies uses Trello to monitor the project, and abstract for design mocks when building out the FrontEnd. We use Agile methodologies as well to manage this product.
